Besides only the coolest places to be to beat the heat, Pioneer Waterland & Dry Fun Park is a unique destination that combines a waterpark, kids’ fun zone, and sports park, providing endless entertainment for visitors of all ages.

Discounted Tickets can be purchased in advance online .Tickets can also be purchased at the park’s entrance.

We HIGHLY recommend wearing water shoes in and out of our pool and attractions. Don’t forget your swimwear, towels and sunscreen. We do have Gift Shops on site for anything you may have left behind and locker rental available.

Yes, we have grills and picnic tables available. Please no glass or outside grills! But, we also have an awesome Splash Landing Concession Stand and cold side with ice cream, slushies, root beer floats, and more and a caterer for your party needs. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Don’t forget charcoal and a lighter fluid…although our gift shop can help with that too!!

Unfortunately, we are very fond of our liquor license and in order to keep it, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased in the park from Pioneer Waterland staff. You will be asked to remove the alcohol or remove yourselves if we find alcohol from the outside.

Navigate the park effortlessly with our user-friendly Park Map. All attractions, shops, and dining spots are within walking distance for your convenience.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the park unless they are ESA animals with proper paperwork. Refer to our Park Policies page for a complete list of rules and regulations.

Pioneer Waterland is a family park and therefore appropriate swim wear is required. Swim wear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swim wear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swim wear and thong or t-back swim wear bottoms will not be permitted. Cutoff jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, t-shirts and shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only spandex, lycra or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Check our Park Policies page for detailed guidelines. *Smoking marijuana will not be permitted where children and adults are congregating, eating or lounging. This policy will be strongly policed.

Please refer to the above poster for details on the rain check policy. In case of heavy rain, lightning, or thunder, certain attractions may temporarily close for safety. We prioritize customer and staff well-being and aim to reopen attractions promptly.

Yes, you can cherish the memories by purchasing souvenirs from our gift shop and park office. Forgot your phone charger, sunglasses or sunscreen? We have that too!

Gift cards ranging from $10 to $100 are also available and can be used like cash throughout the park. Perfect for sending your summer campers without sending them with cash!

Our lifeguards are proudly certified through Ellis and Associates, which partners with clients from around the world to provide a comprehensive suite of safety and operational solutions for any type of aquatic facility. Their innovative and proactive approach elevates aquatic safety for all, driving our unified mission of zero drownings. Ellis and Associates certifies lifeguards for big name destinations such as Disney, Great Wolf Lodge, Cedar Faire’s, Splash Lagoon, and so many other popular places as an extremely trusted lifeguarding agency who serves 85-90% of waterparks in the United States. You can trust that our lifeguards with protect you at all times, as they have all underwent comprehensive training. We truly care about our guests and their safety!

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Go kart tickets are available at our go kart ticket building (teal building) by our go kart track for $8.00 or 2 rides for $14.00. Online they are $6.50 when purchasing tickets. It will give you the option to add go karts. We will give you these at our admissisons gate when we check your booking on the day of.

Batting cage tokens are located at out go kart ticket building (teal building) by the go kart track for $1.00, which equals 10 pitches, which equals one token. Please go to the sports shack for helmets and bats(located across from batting cages)

Yes! We have two types of lockers. 50 cent lockers, where you are more than welcome to go to the giftshop to get quarters or we have a locker rental at our giftshop, where you give $8.00 and receive $5.00 back when you return the lock and key to the giftshop personnel.

Yes! The ATM machine is located in our giftshop, which is central to the park, next to first-aid.

Yes! We accept all forms of payment, Apple/Tap to Pay, Cash, Card, and Check!

Yes for both! As long as the inflatables do not interfere with the lifeguards view they are allowed!

One must be 40 inches and above to ride the waterslides.

Yes!!!

Children must be 40-46 inches to be qualified as a junior and receive a $25.00 ticket at the gate only!! Gate personnel will measure the child.

One must not bring any outside alcohol, glass, pets, outside grills, firearms, drugs, or any form of weapons. Safety is our top priority!!

Yes we do! They are first-come, first-serve 🙂 The grills are located by the paddle boat lake for the most part and picnic tables are all around!!

You must be 54 inches and above to ride the go karts and at least 34 inches to be a passenger. Only those 18 and older can drive SOMEONE ELSE!!

No! We are a small business and we are not corporate. We exist to provide families with a local place to have fun!!

Yes we do. Please return them when you are done using them, as we sincerely appreciate it so that others can enjoy. They are first-come, first-serve 🙂 You can also bring your own if you would like!!

Gate admission is $33.00 for anyone above 46 inches, $25.00 for juniors 40-46 inches, seniors 62 plus, and military/veteran personnel. Anyone above 46 inches outside of these constraints is $33.00. Online tickets are $30.00 universally.

Cabanas, also known as our tiki huts are little brown huts that keep you out of the sun with 2 folding beach tanning chairs. They can sit 1-5 people and are $35.00 on the WEEKDAYS and $45.00 on the WEEKENDS. We only rent for the full day now and you can rent them at our giftshop. There are only 6 and they are first-come first-serve.

It is to note that because children under 3 and under 40 inches are free, you do not need to include them in your count!!!

Children 3 and under or under 40 inches get in for free!! Please do not buy an online ticket for them! They also will not need a wristband at the gate for the day!

Yes we do! Please note if you would like a refund or rain check, you would need to contact Groupon because they are a separate entity from us!! You can redeem them at our admissions gate by showing a barcode or providing your name/the name that the order is under and the gate personnel will check you in and redeem it for you!

Yes, please! $5.00 or more or a driver’s license, so that we can ensure we get our equipment back for other guests to play too :)You will get it back when you return the equipment! We have putters, golf balls, helmets for the batting cages, score cards, score pencils, basketballs, volleyballs, and more!!

Yes! At our giftshop 🙂 We require a $20.00 deposit plus or a driver’s license that you will receive back when you give our equipment back 🙂 We will have a form for you to fill out at the giftshop 🙂

No!! Our tickets are good for use all season regardless of the date you choose!

Unfortunately our phone lines only accept one call at a time and we always have a high call volume. Please leave a voicemail or listen to our voicemail recording for the alternate number to call. Please note this alternate phone number is a personal phone number, so please be respectful of it and only call during the business hours of 10-7 thank you!

Yes! We accept cash, credit, debit, tap to pay, etc!

Please line up at our admissions gate 🙂 Please do not come to our park office for admissions purposes, as the office is for pre-booked groups, season passes and questions/feedback.

The tables do vary for each one. For our half pavilions they can fit 75-100 comfortably and have around 10-12 picnic tables. Our full pavilions can hold 150-300 and have 16-20 picnic tables. They are all set up a bit differently.

There is typically one-two grills at or very near to each pavilion!

We have a twilight discount and it is from 5-7. Monday-Friday from 5-7PM at our admissions gate only is $10.00 admission and on the weekends it is $15.00 from 5-7PM at the admissions gate only. 🙂

Yes!! Every Wednesday Geauga County resident’s get tickets for $16.50. We do not take half off of the $25.00, only the $33.00 tickets. Please bring an ID to show your address so we can verify the county 🙂

Unfortunately no for safety and liability purposes. Our employees are more than happy to assist by placing items on the golf cart and driving them to your area if they are available!

Our pool is actually a concrete pond!! It has an artesian spring-fed well that supplies the water, and is some of the freshest water there is. Sometimes expect the occasional wildlife, frog, or other nature-esque thing to occur 🙂 Water shoes are recommended!

We are an outdoor waterpark in Northeast Ohio and try our best to control these situations but we also know that this is nearly impossible and that wildlife, insects, etc., have a mind of their own!

Groups 25-99 are $25.00 per person

Groups of 100+ are $23.00 per person

We have partnered with multiple reading programs this year including but not limited to Twinsburg Library, Mentor Library, The Lake County Captains Reading Program, and others, and we have given those individuals specific promo codes and instructions for how to redeem through our website. Office personnel will not provide that information if you call because the programs have provided instructions to the families participating!
