Rain Check Policy
REASONS for ATTRACTION closures: LIGHTNING, HEAVY RAIN, TORNADO WARNING
- Attraction closures must begin before 3pm.
- No rain checks will be provided after 3pm.
- Rain checks will be given out if attractions remains closed for a continuous 90 minutes:
- Redeemable within 7 days for a FREE admisssion or
- 50% off coupon if redeemed before the end of the season
- You must wear a wristband from that day on your wrist to receive a rain check.
- Unfortunately, cash refunds are not an option.
